Business Unit Manager
Basic Function:
Responsible for the overall vision and management of a respective BUI Customer Group, including the ongoing evaluation of which customers to target, develop or eliminate within the Group. Formulates and recommends manufacturing processes which guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and the profitability of the operation and communicates customer requirements to Bullen staff. It is their ultimate responsibility to increase sales and profitability through identification of new opportunities with respect to their business unit.

· Preferred is a Bachelor's degree (B.S. /B.A.) or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering.
· Five or more years of similar or related work experience
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, customer specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
· Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
· Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
· Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style.
· Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
· Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
· Ability to manage multiple projects from conception through execution.
· Experience with CRM systems.

Controller Position
Basic Function:
Provide leadership and coordination of company financial planning and budget management functions. Ensure company accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles.
Qualifications:
· A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. MBA is preferred.
· 5 or more years supervisory/management experience manufacturing financial management.
· Strong general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, income tax, banking and job costing/variance analysis.
· In-depth knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
· Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
· Ability to develop long-term plans and programs and to evaluate work accomplishments.
· Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with other management staff, employees, customers, and the general public.
· Ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form.
· Must be able to work effectively individually and in a team environment.
· Experience with fully integrated manufacturing ERP system a must.
· Must be able to pay close attention to details.

Sales Engineer Position
Basic Function:
Maintains customer satisfaction by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. As the key Customer contact, assures complete service to Bullen customers from initial quotation to the on-time delivery of products to the Customer’s specifications. Communicates customer requirements to Bullen staff. Formulates and recommends manufacturing processes which guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and the profitability of the operation.
Qualifications:
· Preferred is an Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from 4 year college or technical school; or 4 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, customer specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
· Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
